The first time I ordered from ZopNow was on 3rd April, 04. I just first read about them on Google.
The first order was delayed by an hour. When I called them, the customer service rep at Zopnow were very polite. They called me back and explained to me that the order was delayed due to vehicle breakdown. They delivered the products to my home and even carried a card-swipe machine for card payment.
The next day on 4th April, I again ordered some products from ZopNow at around 12:30 PM. I am very impressed by their collection of products. They also have everything that you would need for your household.
The order was placed at around 12:30 PM and was delivered before 3 PM. The delivery person did not even have to call me for directions.
Truly professional service that has exceeded my expectations. If they continue providing the same level of service, I will only order from them, when I need to buy any household products.
