I have been ordering few small items from this online printing company and have been satisfied with their response and quality of products(calenders etc). I wanted to order some calenders in bulk for my establishment and put in a query to them.
Our policy requires pre-approval of quality of items being ordered so I asked them to confirm if they shall be able to send me a sample calender for quality approval. The run around they gave me is something to be experienced; request transferred from one dept to another, links to my request that
