I ordered a Panasonic LUMIX DMC-FZ200 on Dec 22 (Saturday) and by the end of the day I had a FedEx tracking number. Over the next 2 days I was trying to track the number of FedEx, but the tracking number was not found. I called FedEx to find out, and they told me that the package may not be actually given to FexEx for delivery.
Then I called zoomin customer service and the person who attended my call was polite in telling me that FedEx comes and picks up items for delivery and that I ordered on Saturday after the FedEx pickup cutoff time and on Sunday they don't pick it up. As he said on Monday night I saw able track my package details on FexEx site and I received the package on Wednesday.
The packaging was really good and utmost care was taken to pack the camera. It was a brand new un-opened box that I saw inside. And moreover I got it at a good price too.
