Update on 04Aug10:
New prints are delivered and other prints are picked up from my home. They have refunded the order amount(so free prints now) and they have offered 25 more free prints. They use fed-ex and bludart shipping is very fast I received in a day time.
Great customer support.

Hello Everyone,
I ordered photos of my family from zoomin.com and was eagerly waiting to see those big prints. There comes the package and there are bunch of some guys photos. Where are my prints? Where is my privacy?
I am loosing my patience here. It is okay for me to receive my prints little late but I can't tolerate sending my prints my somebody else.
As per the website policy they should protect the privacy of users, If not they better be ready to pay the price. Right now, I am not sure about the legal options now I am really looking for that
