Fradulent services and obvious scamming by zoomcar. Review on Zoom Cars

I booked a one way trip from pune to mumbai. 10am at pune near Pimpale Saudagar I reached and picked the vehicle. While collecting the vehicle, a boy named Bilal handed over keys to me abd asked me to shoot a video of the car from all sides to ensure no dents and damages. I asked

For a checklist from him to ensure what checkpoints he is assuring me while

Handing over the car to me. He had no checklist and no “car received in whatever condition” signature format.

I drove and reached mumbai domestic airport car drop location. The moment I entered the car drop location, few boys standing there reached to my car and started inspecting the spare tyre of the car, which I felt completely suspicious. Without inspecting any external dents or damages to the car, these boys started removing the spare tyre which I did not inspect while receiving the car from Bilal at pune because bilal had not informed

Me neither he had any checklist for it. These mumbai boys removed the spare wheel and to my obvious surprise it was badly tore and these boys started claiming Rs. 8000/- as a damage charges from me. I did not have a puncture or breakdown in my entire drive from pune to mumbai. I never even had an idea that the car which I am Driving has a spare wheel. Sonce I had my elderly father present with me at the dropping site, I didnt wait there as I doubted it will get into heated argument.

I logged into Zoomcar app immediately after this incident to see my deposit of Rs. 3000/- is already adjusted against the claimed damage charges of rs 8000/- and still asking for

Pending rs. 5000/-

Guys, this is utter non sense and scamster services by this company and this company should be banned in the country immediately. I am also going to file a case seeking the closure of such fradulent services which is looting and fooling the citizens.
