Zoom car services was when launched came up as a real good idea of services for people who someway or another can get to avail the laxuary of cars when going for some short trips. But actually it turned out to be just another way of bribing or stealing from people. The security they keep for renting their cars is actually what they keep themselves and will always came up with such excuses and cross charge you for anything, that is not true to just not return your complete money back. That is way these companies are earning.
I had such two experiences in front of me one was actually with me, when I and few of my friends were planing a night out and had two cars and needed one more so rented from zoom car. And next day went for return even befor ethe asked time. They blamed us for a scratch close to the front tier which for actually there, but unfortunately when we got teh car and made a video couldn't capture that protion and for such small scratch they charged 3k. I am surely not recommending this service to anyone. They are steallers.
