I am using Zomato from a very long ago and after it starts giving many coupans to thier user, mine usage increase from 2-3 time per week to 5-6 time in a week.Since they deliver food before the expected time and without and defect in the packing or in food like breakage of pack or leakage of food nothing happend.
But its biggest con is whenever someone cancel their order they return the money in around 6-7 days and sometimes even takes more time to return the refund.I got the return of one of my order in 12 days.
Once one of my food pack was mistakenly broken by the delivery boy so he paid me the amount of the food product from its own pocket.That's the thing I like the most.
