Ordered few items from Zomato including Harpic and Milk. See the pic attached and decide if it's Harpic.
The terrifying thing is they are selling eatables as well. Milk ordered from the store turned sour on boiling.
Zomato mentions that "Our order is safe at every step". But when I raised issue with them asking to cancel the complete order they denied stating that they are just mediators and the vendor is not answering.
The funny thing is that they said that the Harpic is seal packed and for sour milk they said it's not contaminated by Harpic
Asked for supervisor or the grievance cell no. However, they denied for that as well stating they are working from home.
Attached is the snapshot of chat as well. Read and decide how much hygiene is ensured once we pay for the order to Zomato and surprisingly this is done even during the time when Zomato was supposed to make sure that quality is not compromised since the people would need them the most coz of lockdown. Consumer's health does not matter to Zomato when the question is about money.
