This is to bring to your kind notice that an order was placed on 15/02/19 (Order # 1564649291) but the lunch was not delivered at the mentioned address as the order was cancelled by Zomato valet. I even tried to reach him many times but he was not reachable. I always believed in Zomato for a quick and hassle free delivery but what happened that day made me very upset. I was hungry since last night. Even out of shame of not delivering the food to their customer Zomato has not refunded me my hard earned money. They shamelessly said that you were not available to attend the call from Zomato valet but it was the other way round. I called up the valet who said he couldn't locate my address and went be able to deliver me the food and that he will cancel the order from his side and then disconnected the call. I regret that I placed an order from Zomato and paying them in advance online. I lost both money and appetite to Zomato. This didn't happened for the first time but many times in past and I have lost over Rs 1500/- to Zomato. I refrained myself from posting anything about Zomato thinking they wont repeat it again but this time I couldn't control myself being left hungry and cheated.
