I am using online shopping from last 7-8 years and have shopped from almost all available online shopping websites
Even the local unverified websites has given satisfactory services. Shopping from zivame was worst of my life.
They send the order with indian post(as they claimed)and there were no proper tracking available, you cant even call the indian post service to know the status of your shipment.
After 15 days they send a mail saying that your order is delivered. There were no delivery(atleast to me)
Dont know there logistics department sold my shipment and updated fake dispatch details or the indian postal service staff took it as a gift.
