I am very much disappointed with Zivame customer service, online live chat as well as phone customer service. I was trying to place an order and was unable to do so. Hence, I wrote to your online customer service for the same and no body bothered to reply even after repeated attempts to reach them.
Then I called customer service number 4-5 times and each time I called your operators on the other side received the call and without saying a word disconnected it each time. I am highly disappointed with this low level of customer service from a reputed website.
I am never going to buy stuff from your website and even pass a word across to friends and family not to use your services.
Highly disappointed.
