This is the worst online shopping experience you ever get. Keep away from this mismanaged and clueless company. Necessity becomes luxury and frustration with their only marketing, no value online shop.
I order three products and it is. 15 days now. No delivery no information. When I called up after 8 days, they says some technical problem, after 2 more days they says one of the product was not in stock , now I asked them to ship the other two. Then they replied that will be done in 24 hrs. You don't believe, now they stopped responding.
Why do they show in stock when they do not have stock!, this company doesn't have physical stock, only some pictures in their site. Have you ever seen any online shopping portal with no options for complaints and refund ?? This is one . And they do not have Cash on delivery option. All prepared to cheat.
I called up the so called customer care of this cheats, and the girl their was running among her colleagues to find my order. Amazing they do not have an order tracking system! 20 mins after she said I will call. You back sir. That is yet to happen after 10 days.
If this company survives for another 6 months, that will be a wonder.
