Zimberr is fleecing customers by providing sub standard services. Used pest control services twice in two different months yet roaches didn't die at my place. And customer support is terrible and rude and blamed me for having infestation at my place, which was white washed 4 months back. Customer support denied further assistance mentioning company policies does not allow providing further support. This is so terrible for a start-up company to say to customers. Don't understand how long can they survive which such shoddy customer service approach.
Don't recommend using unprofessional services from Zimmber. I have uninstalled the Zimmber app. Will try other apps or other mechanisms to do pest control in order to get rid of cokroaches from my place.
