Poor Customer Care. Review on Zerodha

Hey guys, am shivani rajput and today am going to share my experience about Zerodha.com

Zerodha.com is basically a discounted brokerage firm(discounted means its provide a very discounted brokerage plan like 1 Paisa on intraday and free delivery). Zerodha open a trading account and provide software to their customer where they trade in equity, commodity and currency market. I have open my father demat account in zerodha 2 months ago and while using its software I think software is very good and full-fill all the requirements of a trader, layout of software is very user friendly new traders can easily use it . But One day am facing issue in selling my holding stocks so I call customer care of zerodha and than the thing happen which I never expect from any old company like zerodha that they dont even pickup my call once, I call them at-least 10 to 20 times but they don't pickup my call and this thing is not happen only one time it happen almost 80% to 90% when you call to zerodha customer care. I have very bad experience with zerodha so closed my account from their.
