I have initiated account opening process on 22 May. It has been over 15 days and still not received the credentials to log into the web portal.
I am contentiously in touch with the Sales Manager(Rajashekharayya Salimath, Sales Manager Pune) and he only keep telling lies all the time that they are processing the application and will get it by EOD.
Their document collectors guys are not even trained to verify the document, they don't even know what type of document should collect based on the application type. I had to email the pending documents.
