I have been performing intraday trades in Equity as well as Commodity for more than 4 months from the Zerodha Trading Platform. I have mostly used Zerodha's Kite Web although the option for Pi is also there.
Although, the brokerage charges are less but there are a lot many problems associated with Zerodha. The first thing is that the trading software creates problems in trade execution whenever there's a bit of more market movement.
The funds transferred takes much time to get updated into the account. The customer service is unsatisfactory. There's rarely any good response from their side.
