Better pay brokerage to another brokerage house, since your money is at stake. Zerodha may give you a very good welcoming call and support, but once you have an account there,
The customer care people doesn't even have etiquette to talk.
You are having your money with them to trade and invest. little brokerage wont affect you but such a response from a broker will definitely affect your trading.
Avoid it.
