I'm an old customer of Zero B. And from day 1 on AMC. Last week got issue with ZeroB and technician told motor needs be replaced. After that almost one week, everyday I call customer care and they will say technician will come.
But till date no technician has came with Motor. It is not worth paying Rs/4000 for AMC. I think under AMC if some Rs/100 item needs to be replaced, they will do. If little higher amount, they escape.
