This is the most disgusting company, I have ever seen in ma life... There is no job security at all, and please investigate about the level of work they are offering you. because all employees are pleased off bcoz they have been promised something and they get a lower level job here. IM people don't ever choose this option.They don't follow IM standard. About company policy. Don't even talk about it.
Management worst management ever seen in ma life. The big shots can't even talk english properly. About hike and bonus don't even think about it. It will be from 0% to 4% hike annual.
