This company doesn't care about what the tenants go through. I have taken up an apartment where I have issue with rodents and even had a snake visiting the house. Desperate call for help which was never heard for the last 1 year. People who are taking up the house in Kumar Residency 001 ground floor beware of rats seeking in on u every day and don't be surprised if a snake accidentally shows up. this team did nothing about it, inturn asked me to vacate. They are only happy till their money gets to their account not what the tenants go through.
