These guys are most screwed up people in the bussiness. They will screw you nicely when u vacate the apartment.was paying 15000 for the flat and given the advance of 1lakh. They will never give you pan number. They will charge atleast 2 moth rental and service charge in the name of cleaning and painting . They wont give back the advance amount for atlest a month after vacating the premises .
