Zefo is platform where you can buy or sell your products onpine and they provide pickup and doorstep delivery.
customer service: customer service is very poor as they never respond you in good way and always try to avoid your question and dont solve your problems.
product quality: product quality is poor as I ordered new led tv but they delivered second hand led tv to me and when I refused to accept it they started arguing me about it.
delivery timelines: they never deliver your product on time.
app and website: both are poorly designed and take lot of time to load.
zefo is not reliable at all.
