Somehow, for the last order they contacted and ultimately sent me the item. I am surely foolish that I went ahead and ordered a study desk because my son liked it.  I had ordered this desk on 1st July. I waited for a long time, and after repeated calls with the customer service I did not get this delivered. So I requested to cancel the order. Until today, I have not received the refund amount. I do not even know whom to contact and whom to escalate. This is the most pathetic service I have ever seen. My order ID is 827314544801.


I ordered 2 dining chairs through zansaar.com on 20th December, 2013.


While booking it was mentioned clearly that they will deliver within 8-13 days. But until now I have not received the order. I have sent at least 10-12 mails to their customer service but they have not provided any updates. I have called their customer service twice but both the times they were unable to provide my any updates.


They assured they will call me back but I have not received any calls from them. I am not sure what to do now.
