I ordered for the first time on yzury several food items and a bottle of red wine les saintongers d'hautefeuille for 1550 Rs
The customer care called to inform me that they were out of stock with the wine for today. They proposed a better bottle of wine (chateau coutet french grand cru at 2200 Rs) for the price of les saintongers d'hautefeuille and got delivered the same day with a gift ( a strawberry jam)
I ordered on several online shop and it's the first time a customer care is so in favour of the client.
Their global policy and services are efficient and their products are just gorgeous!
