I had taken the connection in Nov 2007. I opted for Suvudha 700 plan. It worked OK for an year and half. But after that I moved to Suvudha 250. For a plan change they had slapped Rs 250 for me. In a month I have exceeded my limit of 1 GB and they had suspended my connection then I spoke to the customer suport they said the connection can only the activated after paying dues. I told them to disconnect completely. But I got a bill for the next month.
The customer support says it is disconnected. I am not sure how come I got a bill for next month? When ever I request for a disconnection it get resolved in half an hour nothing happens. I had a long chat with the tech support and told them unless they remove all the cables I will not be paying any money.
Do not go for this. It is easy to take a connection but difficult to disconnect.
