After reading this review I hope nobody will take up a new connection.
My User ID - sa20. I’ve been having connectivity problem for a long time now and have never experienced continuous network coverage. The customer service is pathetic and lacks initiative. They have never been able to provide a proper and permanent solution.
I’ve called the customer support many times and all I get is a complaint number. After three days you’ll receive a message on your registered mobile that the solution has been provided(NO SOLUTION GIVEN) and reply Y/N. No matter what your reply is no one gets back to you.
I was tired and wanted to escalate this situation. I asked the customer care for a contact person and they asked me to get in touch with the nodal officer(Subramaniam S - 40780000 Extn. 242). I spoke to this gentleman and he assured me that the solution will be provided in couple of days. It’s been over a week now and no solution provided. I’ve been trying to get in touch with him and he is gone missing. Initially I could reach the operator and asked him to leave a note since the nodal officer had asked me to do the same – Guess what! No reply. Now after calling couple of times the operator won’t receive – Guess he has saved my number!
My request, please don’t take any new connection and waste your time, money and energy.
