YOU BB has the only usage-based plans in the FTH (fibre-to-home) service biz & the rates are really attractive. The other FTH provider, ACT, has plans more suitable for heavy net users.
However these reviews are an eye-opener.

I saw a sticker ad for YOU & called the number. The guys turned up promptly & assured me they are the best in the biz - they have the best tech & protocols & whatever.
If YOU can deliver on what they promise they can wipe out the competition. Unfortunately they have bought themselves the worst reputation in the biz.
YOU pull up ya socks boys or prepare to go under.
