I paid the plan charges for 3 months on June 20th and its been more than one month, they have not even given the connection.
7 working days is what they said is the time frame for connection and now its been 30 days and I have not yet received the connection . They are cheating the public, we should go to consumer court. I called the customer care many times, they just keep giving complaint numbers and they tell it will be solved in 24hours, these assholes cant solve it in even 24 days.
