I read through many YOU telecom reviews before I plugged into it. Mainly because no other player was offering quick connection.I was sceptical given the number of negative comments on Mouthshut, but the service and speed delighted me. The billing was prompt, not like airtel where you need to have a PHD to read the billing. Moreover they offer discount on online payment. You can check you balance online and very little complaints on connectivity and speed.The speed does not vary at any time of the day and you can enjoy trouble free surfing all through the day and night.
The only problem that I have had has been with the modem not responding. The problem was rectified within a couple of hours and what more there was a follow up call to check if the problem was rectified. Honestly I have not come across such service from a telecom service provider.
On the overall, a good option if you are looking for a pure broadband minus the telephone. They have some interesting plans and also pricing is pretty aggressive. Do not buy the internet telephone option for calling abroad since there are service providers like Skype who provide it free. Also, internet connection reliability depends on the area that you reside. I might have been pure lucky.
