We paid up for 3 months in advance, and were promised a connection in 2 days. For the next 5-6 days the sales person vanished with his phone switched off. Customer support was quite unhelpful.
1 month later, we're still trying to chase them into giving us the connection. Every week is a promise of today tomorrow. Weekdays, after office we're too tired to fight with them.
If I had more energy in me, I'd take them to consumer court, but all I can say is
Best to avoid them, better to give your money to charity
