There is no options for minus 5

pooooooooor

customer care guys are 100% dumb ar*e

repetitive complain but no action

Its been more than 3months I have closed my connection.They said by 45 working days you will get back your refund.But still no refunds yet.

Today again I called customer care, they are saying yet another 45 days

what kind of fraud is this!? Is there any forum where I can log complain .!?
