Last year I was using idea brodband and many people suggested me to switch my internet provider from Idea to You. But this was the biggest mistake I have ever done. I asked them to visit my home. They visited my home the next day. I paid him 4000 rupees and he said they will install and setup for me within 3-4 working days. After I gave them money they showed up after 2 weeks. I was very angry at them but I can do noting.i was very unhappy choosing theur service.
