I'm from Ahmedabad. I was using You broadband connection for more than 5 years & was quite satisfied. I suddenly started facing problem of intermittent interruptions. The connection is alive but I can't access anything.
The problem used to happen during evening. I registered so many complaints & tried to explain the issue technically. But their phone-support & technical staff never bothered to understand the exact problem. I even talked to the customer support managers but didn't help. I waited for almost 2 months & then I changed the provider.
You broadband has got many customers & they are now experiencing traffic congestion which they don't realize.
Don't go for this connection now.
