They give really very bad service during any kind of technical issues.They take more than 2 days to rectify the issue, but when ever you contact Customer care they say that they will solve in 4 to 8 hours which is always false.Disgusting service provider.I dont recommend you broad band service to anyone. Even the Customer relationship manger dosenot pick up the call.IF YOU CANNOT PROVIDE GOOD SERVICE PLEASE DONT GIVE A REMINDER CALL WHEN THE PLAN IS ABOUT TO EXPIRE.It is worst than the poor ranting which I hv given
