The best thing about the Axiz bank is they have best interest rate provider bank in India. they have there own mobile App which make the business more comfortable for the accounts holders and their 24*7 customer care service make more flixible to the customer in terms of information exchange.
But the availability of ATM and the branch is neither found in you city or the accessibility is very hard this is one of the cons I found with Axis.
