Not happy with the exchange services. Review on Yepme

I ordered 2 shoes in combo offer price of(499+99.02 delivery charge)=598.02.

Both shoes sizes I mentioned was 7 but when I received the product one of them was sized 9.

I immediately called there customer service number. they told me that I would need to speed post it to their address after which I will be serviced with another shoes cause the 7 size was finished for that item. So I selected another shoes and told the customer service rep to replace it with this one.

Customer service person also told me that when I will pay the charges for speed post, then they will give me rs 160 voucher which I can use in the next 90 days for a minimum purchase of rs 200.

I personally did not like this cause this was not my mistake that I received the wrong size. But I now I will have to inconveniently go out of the house and speed post it myself. Other online shopping portals get the reverse pickup done and that really makes the online shopping hassle free.

I am not happy with yepme doing this to the customers.
