Yepme is simply super fraud e-commerce site available in India that is cheating it's customers.
I have ordered 2 jeans on 10.09.14 of Rs 620. I have returned the product against yepme order no. 10417702 & yepme Complaint ID: 1014542 . I requested Yepme to please refund my payment of Rs 620 with my courier charge of Rs. 135. But I have not received the refund for complaint no. 1014542 till date. while the item has already been delivered to Yepme on 19.09.14 at 15:47.
I have sent 100s email to Yepme but no reply and whenever I tried to talk to their customer care number they are saying your refund is initiated and your money is refunded on 28.10.14. But I have not receive my money till date. also I've cross checked with my bank statement.
Yepme are not only fraud but a big liar. Horrible website with pathetic customer care.
I have heard the CEO of Yepme is some IITian. I'm surprised How a IITian can do such a horrible thing to a customer of own country.
I request to all customer who are thinking to buy anything from Yepme buy at your own risk & cost.
I've lost more than Rs 1000 on Yepme by calling their customer care & sending email to their customer support. But no fruitful result till date.
