Once I bought a woolen jacket of my size(M) and when I got that I check the fitting it was over size when I check the size label it was written M. I shocked how medium size(40) large like. worst product quality and when I call to customer care to return this product he says you should send this product to our warehouse by your own courier service and we'll give you 150rs coupon of yepme and you can redeem on your next shopping I told is I never want to shop with yepme then how will I redeem your coupon he said then no option to redeem.
Average delivery time it depends on courier company.
App and website is quite well but it is not reliable actually.
