I have never been through such a bad bad service like YEPME’s...I do lot of online shopping and their service is nothing other than it sucks !!! After placing an order nearly 3 weeks back, I am still waiting for it to get delivered... My Order No. : 1463637…Every time I called I was assured that the product has been dispatched from their warehouse and the courier people not delivering it…What a foolish excuse, isn’t it???
Till date I haven’t received any mail (even not after order confirmation)…just received a sms….on last call (dated 18th feb) I was provided with false Courier consignment number…Today their agent suggested me to cancel the order, to which after lots of arguments I said Yes….he couldn’t even provide a call reference number….it this the way they work???? And if this the case, they gonna never stand anywhere in the ecom world….
