Yep me is a online shpping website. where mostly we get fashion oriented products. but I am very much disappointed with the return policy of the company. I had ordered a watch with rs 400. but it came defected. that is it was not working. so I called to the yepme centre for the replacement. they agreed but the policy is such that I need to send the product to their given address expensing my money. and for this reason I will get a gift voucher of rs 150. so to avail this offer I need to buy another product. and the main problem is that why should I send the product. its their duty to take it back from me and to replace it.
however the products are good but this issues are very big when a product comes defected.
