I am a very huge fan of online shopping. I have been shopping from many website like Myntra, Jabong, Healthkart, Lenskart, and I can tell you the response and delivery from these sites is more than satisfactory in fact they exceed expectations by delivering within 1 or 2 days. But on the the other hand is Yepme, which after ordering dispatch would be pending for some 9 days and the customer care would lodge a complaint and will ask you to wait for 48 hours and after 48 hours the issue would not be resolved and if you call them again they would escalate the issue and ask you to wait for 72 hours. After all this if you check the order status online it would show "Allocation Failed RangGRN-Trans-Rang."
Apparently some allocation fail and you wont get the order after waiting even for 9 to 10 days. This website has the worst customer service and delivery time in my experience. My order no is 6168000. Well finally they did deliver the order on 11th April which I had placed on 31 march. I ordered three sandals size seven and two shoes size 7. Well they were kind enough to send me five sandals of size 8. Way to go Yepme!!
