I ordered (1930034) shoes from Yepme. It was supposed to be delivered within 4-6 Business days. I ordered on 11th of Apr -2013. As I am writing this review its 28th of April. The product is not delivered yet.
Following are set of events happened to me.
Product was not dispatched till the date I called and follow up on delivery on 17th of April.
After that I am calling to customer care on every other day to follow up. Every time I received same answer as ' Your product is dispatched, and will be delivered today or tomorrow.
Many times I have complained and talked to the so called senior representatives. Same bullshit every time. They promise me to call but never did.
From their courier partner JAVAS website(delyp40011875) I found out, they have dispatched the product to Gurgaon from Mumbai but I stay in Thane so basically to some third location.
Don't know whether I will receive this product or not bit I would advice you friends not to buy any product from Yepme as it will be tormenting experience for you
