I have registered a complaint for my product through Return policy, complaint no. 653101 for Order Id: 6277431. I sent my package through professional couriers consignment number: CGL2359899. Complaint was registered on 4th May and my courier reached on 10th May, within their time limit, I have attached the proof for delivery, but I received message from Yepme team that my courier is not delivered to them, I checked with professional couriers. They confirmed about delivery.
Later I called Yepme customer care, to inform regarding this, they asked me to write mail to refund@yepme.com But till now I never received any response for that mail.
I made calls regarding this many times, every time they said their refund team will call me. But it never happened. Last time when I called to customer care and asked to transfer to Manager, he kept the call in hold for almost fifteen minutes, but there was no response from them.
