2months ago I was trying to buy a shoe, but due to some internet problem my transaction was declined, and the money from my debit card is cut. So I raised a complaint by calling their customer care number. They told me the amount which was cut from your debit card will be refunded to you within 15to 21 days. So I tried for another transaction to buy that shoe, and it was accepted. The delivery date was within 7 days, but they delivered the shoe after 2weeks. The quality of the shoe is good and the packaging is average. So thats fine.
Its now been almost 2 and a half month I didnt get the money back. So I again called them, they said that you will get back ur money within 5days. so I am still waiting for the money.
