I ordered a handbag using the site (Order no. YBH2271134) on 2-sep-12 but it's not delivered till today. Sent multiple mails to them for checking the status but no reply from them.(Other then the auto-reply of getting back in 24hrs which never happened)  I can't trust this website anymore.


Pathetic customer service .
