One of the best sites but be vigilant. Review on Yebhi

Mouthshut is my shopping guide since long time (though I registered recently and its my first review), lately I got a feeling like a parasite, so thought I must contribute a bit after my long association to help others a bit.

I had a rule not to buy anything above 2k from online portals, till now I had no regret about my purchase. I searched about these websites review before ordering for the first time. Till now I had bought 13 items from yebhi.com (3 yet to be received). no complaints till now but I want to share my few observations regarding yebhi.com - PROS -

1. Really Good deals. (esp. if you had gift coupons/ discount codes).

2. Best Delivery Time. (My home- Tier 1 city - delivered in 48 hrs, My current place of posting - Remote Location - 5 to 7 days.

3. Good Customer Support (Till now I had used only e-mails, got reply in 2-6 hrs, don't know about phone calls).

4. Till know I had received genuine products (sometimes their prices seems to be unbelievable for genuine/branded products :).

5. Easy to use Website.

CONS-

1. Prices for same product keep on changing within hours. (once I added a shoe list price Rs.1799/- to my cart unable to pay due to net problem after 4 hours same was listed at Rs.2699/-.

Though I received a coupon by that time but No discount coupon can compensate for that rise.)

1. Don't buy blindly always look on other sites like Myntra.com or ebay.in to compare prices, though most of the  goods at yebhi are offered at cheapest online price but few of the shoes were found cheaper at myntra.com (almost 1.5 K difference.)

2. Apparel and shoe sizes are really limited, most of the products offered had 2 or 3 sizes only (looks like end of season sale :), anyway prices compensate for that, but you had to visit regularly to find if any good deal suitable to you (your size) is there or not.

3. Many times goods shown as available or in stock becomes not available when added to cart, causes wastage of time as you had selected that after doing lots of comparison and reviews. Few Other things I wish to see as improvements on that website-

4. No wish list option, though it may be out of stock later but at least we can remember what we want to buy later.

5. No option to add items to Shopping Cart and buy later (not even after 3 hrs, it becomes empty automatically - not user friendly).

6. It would be better if they show no. of pieces sold of particular item (like eBay) as we feel bit confident by seeing that figure while buying.

Final verdict - must try, good deals, good delivery esp. if you are in remote location.
