I placed an order of 2 sonata watches at Yebhi.Com (**order no. YBH2307815**). The total payable amount was Rs. 1010. I paid Rs. 603 through a GV and remaining amount through my Dabit Card i.e. Rs. 407. While I was paying through debit card, my first attempt got declined. So I tried another time and this time it showed as successful payment. I was unaware that my debit card got debited 2 times. I got shocked when I saw double debits some day later when I checked my passbook entries. I registered a complaint with Yebhi.com (Complaint no. **CC12091510711**). They asked me to mail snapshot of my account statement. I did. They didn't respond after that. I waited for a week. Then I called them myself. They said please mail again. I did. Again no response. Every time I called them they asked me to mail them again and again and again. It continued for 6-7 weeks.


They never replied to my e-mails either.I got pissed off so badly. Finally **after getting bugged for 2 months** they confirmed that they didn't get the amount two times so they refused to refund. My bank confirmed the double debits and said the online site has received the amount two times. I used to be a regular customer of Yebhi.com. I purchased from them so many times. Yebhi.com was my favorite site to shop with. I used to recommend them to all my family members, friends and relatives. But now I won't purchase from them ever as they have cheated me..they have hurt me and they have neglected me. **Please order only on Cash On Delivery**.


Don't trust them for online payments. If anything bad happens during payment they won't resolve and they won't refund your hard earned money if your money got stuck with them during online payment.

As communicated earlier also, we received only one payment for this order. One of the transactions was declined at the payment gateway level only. You will have to contact your bank regarding this.
We are also awaiting your bank statements post this transaction for further investigation. Kindly share so that we could assist.
