I am using this site for shopping for last 2-3 yrs from their bigshoebazaar site and till now I am happy about their customer service
> Product quality is usually as given on site, however I feel that they need to give more info on products, some of the products I needed to return due to wrong sizing.
> Sizing: Their sizing is same across all products, however they haven't considered it that it changes as per the brand, they need to update likewise.
Their customer service executives are also not aware of exact sizing, once I had asked about the dimensions of a purse, which was not given on site and customer care could nt answer it.
Returns: Their return policy is easy and they gove U either money back or equivalent vouchers...
> Despite above problems, I am their loyal customer due to one instance: I had got a coupon code on deal sharing sites, by which I was getting slippers in Rs 1/- I thought they will cancel my order, but they delivered slippers in literally Rs1/- without any hassles.
Hats off to them...
