I have placed an order YBH1709533 using my Promotional Code and due to the size issue I have requested for the refund and recevied only Gift Voucher not Promotional Code which I used while purchasing. When I talked with CC executive she said the policy has changed and now they didn't give PC.


However, this policy shouldn't applicable for the already existing PC so I must get a new PC with same conditions. I never expected such a response from yebhi. Yebhi was best known for its service and quality but now it seems to be degrading.
