My brother works with this Company and he was recruited in March 2012. There are more than 500 employees but no one gets PF because the HR person has told him the Company will close after 1 year so there is no point in giving PF.
I am really surprised with this remark and motivation from HR. Not only this he was told that after new year 200 employees will be sacked as they are getting low business because of flipkart but till New year they are needed because there may be some business flowing in new year.
